HOME + AGED CARE PACKAGES
We partner with Home Care Package providers to deliver high-quality, in-home physiotherapy tailored to the elderly. Our experienced therapists will work with you to improve strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of your home.
AGED CARE HOME VISITS
We specialise in providing compassionate, professional physiotherapy services for older adults. Our experienced team supports mobility, independence, and overall well-being through gentle, personalised care plans tailored to the elderly. Whether it’s fall prevention, pain management, or post-hospital rehabilitation, we’re here to help seniors stay active, confident, and supported every step of the way.
NDIS DISABILITY
Revive Physiotherapy is an NDIS service provider for physiotherapy services and caters to NDIS participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re working toward greater independence, improving mobility, or managing a physical condition, our experienced team is here to support your goals.
WORKCOVER
At Revive Physiotherapy, we understand the challenges that come with workplace injuries. Our experienced team is here to support your recovery with personalised treatment plans under WorkCover. We work closely with GPs, case managers, and employers to help you return to work safely and confidently.
DVA
We are proud to provide tailored care for Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients. Our experienced team understands the unique physical challenges faced by veterans and is committed to delivering compassionate, effective treatment to support your health and mobility. We welcome Gold and White Card holders. Speak with your GP about a DVA referral and let us help you get back to doing what you love.
PAEDIATRICS
We provide specialised paediatric physiotherapy in the comfort of your home, delivered by fully qualified physiotherapists with current Working With Children Checks. Our therapists support children of all ages and abilities to improve movement, coordination, and confidence through playbased, developmentally appropriate care.
MEDICARE EPC/CDM GP MANAGEMENT PLAN
At Revive Physiotherapy, we believe in making healthcare accessible and convenient for you. If you have a Medicare GP Management Plan, our experienced physiotherapists can provide home visits tailored to your specific needs. With your Medicare benefits, we can help you recover from surgery, manage chronic conditions and pain.
ONLINE TELEHEALTH
Our secure online telehealth sessions connect you with licensed physiotherapists who provide personalised assessments, guided exercises, and recovery plans tailored to your goals. We offer convenient and flexible services to those who are managing pain, recovering from injury or improving mobility.
HYDROTHERAPY
Revive Physiotherapy is an expert when it comes to hydrotherapy. With our at-home services, we bring physiotherapy to you using your pool. Our hydrotherapy sessions are tailored to your needs and designed to support recovery, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

Initial Home Visit Consultation
Clear diagnosis, hands on treatment in your own environment, and a personalised recovery plan to fix the issue properly and prevent it returning. Private health rebates processed on the spot.

Progress review, hands on treatment, and structured rehab progression to keep your recovery moving forward.

Revive Rapid Reset Physio Pack
The pack includes three physiotherapy sessions in total (one initial + two follow-ups) designed to guide the early phase of recovery.

Funding Options & Rebates
Depending on your situation, you may be able to reduce or fully cover the cost of your physiotherapy sessions through one of the following options:
Private Health Insurance:
If your policy includes Physiotherapy cover, you may be entitled to a rebate on your consultations. Get in touch with your insurer to find out exactly what you’re covered for.
Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPC):
Patients with a GP-referred Chronic Disease Management Plan can access a Medicare rebate of $60 to $110 per session, for up to 5 sessions per calendar year. Speak to your GP about whether an EPC referral is right for you.
NDIS:
We work with self-managed NDIS participants. If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is covered under your plan, get in touch and we’ll help you figure it out.
Home/Aged Care Package:
If you receive a Home Care Package, your physiotherapy sessions can often be billed directly through your provider, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for you. Simply let us know who manages your package and we’ll take care of the rest.
