2. How do I benefit from mobile physiotherapy?
Mobile physiotherapy offers flexibility, convenience, and personalised care—especially valuable for:
- Busy individuals with tight schedules who want to save travel time
- Post-surgery patients who may not be able to drive or leave the house
- Elderly clients or those with mobility or neurological conditions, for whom travel is difficult
- Parents with young children, who avoid the need to find childcare during sessions</li

4. Who will be treating me?
All sessions are conducted by experienced, fully registered physiotherapists with expertise in home-based care.

5. Do I need a referral from a GP?
No referral is required for private physiotherapy.
However, referrals are needed for:
- Medicare GP Management Plans
- DVA-funded sessions
- WorkCover cases
6. Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes – we offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for most major Australian private health funds. Please have your card ready during your appointment.
7. What should I expect during my first session?
Your initial visit includes:
- A comprehensive assessment
- A personalised treatment plan
- Hands-on therapy and/or guided exercises
- Recommendations for self-care and progress tracking

Just a quiet, open space where you can move freely or lie down. Your physiotherapist will bring all necessary equipment.

11. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur in a fee.
